The Remainder of our Lodge Rooms will be available to the guests at a discounted rate.

Catering – a choice of menu options are available. Simon will happily accommodate your needs and wishes. Should you have any suggestions or ideas and would like to incorporate them into your menu, please do not hesitate to consult with the caterer/chef. However prices are subject to change depending on the menu requested. For budgeting purposes you can work on R 220 per head as estimation. Please note the following :
The food and beverages will be exclusively catered for by Chef Simon Ash from The Elephant Park Restaurant.
An additional refundable deposit will be levied and refunded within 14 days after wedding.
Overtime commences at 24h00 and is charged at R1 500.00 per hour or part thereof for the venue. (this fee excludes staff overtime)
Staff overtime commences at 24h00 and will be charged double rate per hour or part thereof.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Smaller weddings are most welcome
