Our Quaint Rustic Hall is beautifully situated overlooking pristine indigenous forest with the Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma mountain ranges, providing the perfect backdrop to the occasion.
The hall can accommodate small intimate functions, and with its open plan design, the layout options are endless, the views spectacular with natural rustic finishes, it offers a true taste of Africa yet adapts easily to a variety of themes and décor.
The resident herd of elephants will pay tribute to your function if you wish. There is nothing more wonderful than a special occasion being blessed by these gentle giants (depending on your sequence of events, your guests can interact with the elephants before or during the function).
Renowned chef Simon Ash has created a delectable choice of plated or buffet menus using the freshest available ingredients. Keeping in mind that each function is unique, our menu options are merely ideas and they can be tailored to suit your needs.

Quaint Rustic Hall Hire Fee : R 4 100.00 excl.vat
The Package is inclusive of the following :
Exclusive use of Top and Bottom Lapa area for maximum 8 hours up to 24h00.
10 Rectangular Tables with Chairs for up to 60 guests.
DJ Table with printed tablecloth
Generator and Fuel until 24h00
Male and Female Restrooms
Toilet paper & fresh towels to be changed if need be during the Evening
Transport to Venue from Main Car Park – Driver with Roof covered Tractor and Trailor
Bus and Driver to transport Guests back to Main Car Park at end of function.
Function Manager will be on duty at the Venue for the entire evening
Our 6 Lodge Rooms will be available to the guests at a discounted Rate.
Please note the following :
A Venue Hire Contract will be signed between the client and KEP on receipt of Fee.
No vehicles are permitted at the Lapa Venue with exception to DJ, which is by prior arrangement with Function Manager.
The food and beverage will be exclusively catered for by Chef Simon Ash
A refundable deposit will be levied and refunded within 14 days after function.
Overtime commences at 24h00 and is charged at R1 500.00 per hour or part thereof for the venue. (this fee excludes staff overtime)
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
