Our Full Package is inclusive of the following :
Use of the conference venue for the day 8am-5pm
Tea/Coffee and confectionary on arrival
Mid-morning Tea/Coffee and Sandwiches
Seated Lunch served at out Lapa
Afternoon Tea/Coffee and biscuits
Transport to and from the Conference Venue (from Car Park to Venue and Back)
Wall Mounted pull down screen
FlipBoard Stand
Tables/chairs laid out to clients specifications (Cinema, School room, U-Shape & Boardroom Styles)
Conference Hall is serviced during each break
Serviced Restrooms
Intervals will be announced by the Function Conference Manager so as to ensure your time schedule is followed.
Half Day Conference Package
The Package is inclusive of the following :

Transport to and From the Conference Venue (from Car Park to Venue and Back)

Conference Hall is serviced during each break
Serviced Restrooms
Intervals will be announced by the Function Conference Manager so as to ensure your time schedule is followed.

Note Books, Pens, Flipchart paper
Flipchart paper
Bottled Water – Sparkling or Still and or Juice for tables
Mints / sweets on Tables
Dinner Options are also available to end off the day. These will be quoted on separately depending on your company's needs.
Please note the following:
A Venue Hire Contract will be signed between the client and KEP on receipt of Fee.
No vehicles are permitted at the Lapa Venue .
The food and beverage will be exclusively catered for by Chef Simon Ash
A refundable deposit will be levied and refunded within 14 days after function.
An Additional Charge will be levied should the time frame be exceeded on the standard packages. This fee excludes staff charges.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
